 ReadySetWork (RSW) - the entrepreneurship and employability training programme of the Lagos State Ministry of Education for students in tertiary institutions is building the largest volunteer faculty in Nigeria with the launch of The ReadySetWork Faculty . 

In 2017, over 118 seasoned professionals from different sectors of the economy made this league of exceptional Nigerians  who committed their time, resources and expertise to train, model and impact the lives of over 2000 final year students from 6 tertiary institutions in Lagos who participated in the face to face training.

In line with the vision of this administration, under the leadership of His Excellency, the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, we're going BIGGER this year with a goal of training 5000 final year students from 9 institutions across Lagos State.
